Terms of use for the AutoCare application and of sale for the AutoCare Plus subscription. By downloading or using the application, you accept them. This is a courtesy translation: in case of discrepancy, the French version prevails.

Purpose
These terms (the “Terms”) govern the use of the AutoCare iOS application as well as the subscription and performance of the AutoCare Plus subscription and the associated professional plans.
They may evolve with the application; the version in force is the one published on this page, dated in the header. In the event of a substantial change to the Terms or prices, the changes do not apply to subscription periods already paid for.
The service and pricing
AutoCare is a digital service book for vehicles: deadline tracking (roadworthiness test, insurance, servicing), maintenance history, expenses and budget, health score, fuel prices.
AutoCare (free) — the application is free for one vehicle, with no advertising, including reminders, expenses, the fuel map, the health score and PDF export.
AutoCare Plus — €3.99 per month, €29.99 per year (with a 7-day free trial) or €69.99 as a one-off (“lifetime”) payment. Unlocks unlimited vehicles and the AI analysis features, among others.
AutoCare Pro Fleet — €2.99 per vehicle per month, from 3 vehicles, billed directly by Adelem Labs — see the Professional space.
Prices include all taxes and may change. The up-to-date feature list of each plan appears on the home page; in the event of a price change, the applicable price is the one displayed by the App Store at the time of purchase.
Purchase, renewal and cancellation
App Store purchases
The AutoCare Plus subscription is purchased and paid through Apple's App Store, under Apple's terms. Adelem Labs never has access to your payment details.
Automatic renewal
The monthly and yearly plans renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. The renewal amount is charged by Apple within the 24 hours preceding the due date. The “lifetime” plan is a one-off payment, with no renewal.
Managing and cancelling
The subscription is managed and can be cancelled at any time from your iPhone settings (Settings → your name → Subscriptions). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period; you keep access to the Plus features until that date, then keep all of your data in read access (see article 6).
Free trial
The yearly plan includes a 7-day free trial. Unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the trial, the subscription is billed automatically.
Refunds
Refund requests for purchases made through the App Store are handled by Apple, under its terms (reportaproblem.apple.com).
Professional plans
The Pro Fleet, Business and White label plans are billed directly by Adelem Labs, outside the App Store, with no fixed term unless stated otherwise in the quote.
Long-standing users
Every account created before 1 October 2026 keeps unlimited vehicles and PDF export free of charge, for life, with no subscription. This benefit is attached to the account and is not transferable. The new features launched with AutoCare Plus remain reserved for subscribers.
Account and data
Creating an account is optional: a guest mode lets you use AutoCare with data stored only on your device. An account becomes necessary to back up your data and find it on several devices.
Account data is hosted on Google Firebase, in the European Union. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from the application (Profile → Delete my account); this deletion is permanent.

Liability
AutoCare is an information and tracking tool. The reminders, recommendations, scores and analyses provided by the application are indicative: they are no substitute for the manufacturer's recommendations, for the roadworthiness test, or for the advice of a qualified professional. The user remains solely responsible for the maintenance and condition of their vehicle, and for the accuracy of the information they enter.
Adelem Labs strives to keep the service available but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation; it cannot be held liable for temporary unavailability, for data loss attributable to a third party, or for non-compliant use of the application.
Governing law and mediation
These Terms are governed by French law. If you run into a problem, contact us first at contact@labs-autocare.com: most disputes are resolved amicably.
In accordance with articles L.611-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, consumers may use a consumer-mediation scheme free of charge. The contact details of the competent mediator are provided upon written request to the address above. Failing an amicable resolution, the French courts have jurisdiction.
